Fakeeh Care Enters SAR218 Million Lease Contract in Saudi Arabia

01:42 AM EST, 01/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (SASE:4017), d/b/a Fakeeh Care, signed a 50-year lease deal with Jizan Municipality's Oloof Development. The 218 million-Saudi-riyal agreement, which is renewable for 25 years at market rent, with a further 25-year extension, will cover a Jizan-based land spanning 34,581 square meters, according to a Sunday release. The Saudi Arabia-listed healthcare company intends to use the location for the construction and operations of a healthcare facility.
