Constellation Inks Financing on 352K-SF Nashville Warehouse Facility

Cushman & Wakefield represented Constellation Real Estate Partners in arranging a JV equity investment from Hartford Investment Management Corporation and $28.3 million of construction financing from First Horizon Bank for the development of Constellation Goodlettsville 65, a two-building, Class A industrial project located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, within the Nashville metropolitan area.

Constellation Goodlettsville 65 will deliver two logistics facilities, totaling approximately 352,620 square feet, comprising buildings of 182,520 square feet and 170,100 square feet, respectively.

Construction on the development commenced in Q4 2025.
 
A Cushman & Wakefield team comprised of John Alascio, TJ Sullivan, Chris Meloni, Stewart Calhoun, and Casey Masters arranged the JV equity and construction financing for the developer.
 
The project is located in Robertson County in Nashville’s rapidly growing Northeast/I-65 Corridor submarket.
