SBB Ups Stake in Property Developer Arlandastad Group

08:53 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB-B.ST, SBB-D.ST), d/b/a SBB, amassed a 20% stake in Arlandastad Group by acquiring an additional 5.8% shareholding. The Nordic property group, via a subsidiary, purchased the stake in the property development company from Gelba Management at 42 kronor per share, according to a Friday release.
