Canatu, Denso to Jointly Develop Carbon Nanotube Manufacturing Equipment

02:46 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Finnish carbon nanomaterial developer Canatu (CANATU.HE) entered into a 17-month partnership with Denso to develop advanced manufacturing equipment for producing larger-area carbon nanotube films for automotive applications. As agreed, the companies will jointly develop a large-scale carbon nanotube deposition chamber and related post-processing tools, according to a Friday release. The contract is valued at between 1 million euros and 5 million euros, with revenue expected to be recognized in the first half, subject to the achievement of defined milestones.
