G City Ltd Set to Launch Citycon Mandatory Public Tender Offer

10:10 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Citycon (CTY1S.HE) said Wednesday the offer period for the company by G City Ltd will start Friday and run through Feb. 20, 2026. The Finnish real estate group noted that the launch follows the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority's clearance of the tender offer document filed by the bidder in the Finnish language. As announced in November, G City will pay 4 euros in cash for every Citycon share under the mandatory public tender offer.
