Dubai Court Dismisses Drake & Scull International's Lawsuit Against PricewaterhouseCoopers

10:06 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Drake & Scull International's (DFM:DSI) appeal regarding its lawsuit against audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers was dismissed by a court in the United Arab Emirates, according to a Wednesday release. The Dubai Court of Cassation's final and non-appealable ruling marks the conclusion of the long-standing case related to accumulated losses worth 5.50 billion dirhams incurred by the contracting and engineering services company. PricewaterhouseCoopers audited the company's accounts from 2011 to 2017. Drake & Scull said it remains focused on its restructuring, operational progress and growth initiatives, and will "continue to pursue all other legal and recovery avenues where there is a reasonable and viable prospect of success."
