Asas Makeen Real Estate to Sell Residential Buildings in Saudi Arabia for SAR77 Million

08:34 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment (SASE:9640) agreed to sell three residential buildings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to Aamal Alrayah for 77.1 million Saudi riyals. The buildings, which are part of the real estate company's Makeen 63 project, comprise 81 units, according to a Wednesday release.
