NewPrinces Finalizes Purchase of Plasmon; Princes Group Unit Signs Asset Lease Deal

06:30 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Princes Group (PRN.L) parent NewPrinces finalized its 124.3 million-euro purchase of baby food and specialty nutrition food company Plasmon from Kraft Heinz. As the London-listed food and beverage company is NewPrinces's primary holding vehicle for food and beverage manufacturing assets, its Princes Italia subsidiary and the newly acquired group signed an initial three-year operating asset lease agreement that takes effect Thursday. A potential transfer of the assets directly to Princes Group may be reviewed at a later time.
