Digital 9 Infrastructure Closes GBP34 Million Sale of Aqua Comms

03:06 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Digital 9 Infrastructure (DGI9.L) completed the sale of its Atlantic and Irish Sea subsea fiber business, Aqua Comms, for a net consideration of 34 million pounds sterling. The London-listed investment trust said Wednesday it plans to return the sale proceeds, after keeping a third of the amount as future working capital, to its shareholders through a pro-rata compulsory capital redemption. Digital 9 Infrastructure plans to wind down the company after selling its Elio Networks and Arqiva businesses in the coming years.
