National Industries Group Says Kuwaiti Hotel Upgraded to Five-star Category

08:50 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- National Industries Group (DFM:NIND) said in a Tuesday release that the Safir Seaview hotel in Kuwait was moved up to the five-star category from the four-star class. The Dubai-listed investor's associate, Privatization Holding Co., holds a 30% stake in B&P Hotel Residencial, Construction & Management, which developed the property in partnership with Safir Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is now over 75% complete.
