Cityvarasto Acquires Property to Open New Self-storage Hotel in Finland

08:31 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cityvarasto (CITYVA.HE) said Tuesday that it has acquired Finnish real estate company, Kiinteistö Oy Kokkolan Taidetalo, which owns a property near the city center in Kokkola, Finland. The Finland-based self-storage company noted that the property includes a 1,400-square-meter plot at Paahtimonkuja 3 and a 3,000-square-meter four-story building. The building, originally constructed as a bakery at present, houses several commercial, recreational, and residential spaces, and the company plans to open a modern self-storage hotel at the location by the end of 2026.
