Westminster Group Flags Delay in FY25 Results, Trading Suspension

03:36 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- British specialist security and services group Westminster Group (WSG.L) said Tuesday it will not be able to finalize its fiscal 2025 results by Dec. 31 due to timing constraints. The delay will lead to a temporary trading suspension on the London stock exchange's AIM market from Jan. 2, 2026. The suspension will be lifted once the company publishes its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended June 30, 2025, which is expected in early 2026, the company noted.
