Empire Metals to Divest Majority Stake in Non-core Gold Asset in Western Australia

02:58 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Empire Metals (EEE.L) agreed to sell its 75% shareholding in the Eclipse Mining Lease near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, to an unnamed mining services company operating in the same region. The resource exploration and development company said Tuesday it signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement for the transaction, which is valued at AU$750,000 in cash. The agreement also includes a three-month exclusivity period, during which the buyer will conduct technical and commercial due diligence.
