Asas Makeen Real Estate Signs Marketing Deal with Wathiq

Under the renewable agreement, Wathiq will provide marketing services for the Saudi Arabia-based real estate developer's projects and manage the sales and leasing of its residential and commercial units, according to a Monday filing. Asas Makeen expects the deal to have a financial impact on its results during the duration of the contract, depending on the sales volume.
