Autoliv CFO Fredrik Westin Delays Departure, Will Stay Through March 2026 as Company Searches for Successor

 Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE:ALV) (SSE: ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that Fredrik Westin has agreed with the Company to amend his resignation date to be effective March 31, 2026.

Mr. Westin will continue his employment as EVP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company through March 31, 2026. The recruitment of Mr. Westin's successor as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance continues.
