Alkhabeer REIT Fund to Repay SAR150 Million of Bank Financing

01:54 AM EST, 12/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alkhabeer REIT Fund (SASE:4348) will repay 150 million Saudi riyals of existing facilities using proceeds from the completed sale of the B&Q and Ahlan Court properties, according to a Sunday release. So far, the real estate investment trust has obtained 737.5 million riyals under its credit facilities agreement with Al Rajhi Bank for 1.04 billion riyals in financing. The used amount is due for repayment in September 2031.
