Firering Strategic Minerals Raises Funds via Share Placing, Subscription

02:47 AM EST, 12/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG.L) said Wednesday it raised 860,000 pounds sterling through a share placing and subscription offer. The London-listed quicklime producer and critical minerals explorer issued 46,800,000 shares for the placement and 22 million shares for the subscription, both at 0.0125 pound apiece. Admission of the shares on the AIM segment of the London bourse is expected on Jan. 13, 2026.
