BinDawood to Buy 51% Stake in Wonder Bakery for AED97 Million

The shares are being acquired from Ahmed Salim Memoni, Ubaid Salim Memoni, and Kaleem Ullah Khan Sikander Hafiz Khan, subject to regulatory approvals, according to a Wednesday release. The Saudi-listed grocery retailer plans to fund the acquisition through internal resources.
