Notification of the First Exercise of Rights under Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares of Thai Parcel Public Company Limited No. 1 (TPL-W1) for the Second Exercise, and Change of Warrant Exercise Agent and Exercise Contact Location (Revised)

Thai Parcel Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued 332,050,955 units of Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares of the Company No. 1 (TPL-W1) ("Warrants") to the existing shareholders whose names appeared on the record date for the right to subscribe for the Company's newly issued ordinary shares and who were allocated such shares. Following the registration of the paid-up capital for the issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding at a ratio of 1.75 newly issued ordinary shares per 1 Warrant, the Company set out the key details of the Warrants. The Warrants may be exercised in seven rounds. The first exercise date is 30 September 2025, and subsequent exercises fall on the last business day of March, June, September, and December. The final exercise date will be 19 March 2027, which is 18 months from the issuance date of the Warrants ("Exercise Date"). If an Exercise Date does not fall on a business day, it will be brought forward to the immediately preceding business day.
