Aldrees & Partners Co. for Industry & Mining shares on Tadawul's Parallel Market, according to a Tuesday release. The silica sand and limestone producer intends to offer 1,220,000 shares, corresponding to 20% of its share capital, to qualified investors. The approval is valid for six months.
