Tortilla Mexican Grill plc's Nonexecutive Chair Assumes Role

11:44 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tortilla Mexican Grill plc (MEX.L) said Tuesday that Duncan Garrood assumed his role as nonexecutive chair after all necessary regulatory and due diligence checks were completed. The UK-based group, which operates fast-casual Mexican restaurants, initially announced Garrood's appointment on Dec. 1. Garrood takes over from Emma Woods, who stepped down from the role.
