SET requests to clarify news or information Subject : Clarification of news or information requested by SET Description : Ref: Clarification regarding the issues related to the Big Lot transaction of 13,072,093 units on 22-23 December 2025 Referring to the Stock Exchange of Thailand's regulation no. Bor.Jor./Por 33-00, item 3, subsection 5, which states that "the mutual fund changes its unitholding structure of unitholders in the amount exceeding 10 percent of the total investment units", MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited ("the Management Company"), as the Management Company of Nichada Thani Property Fund 2 (MNIT2) ("the Fund"), has received a request from the Stock Exchange of Thailand to clarify significant issues relating to the Big Lot transaction of 13,072,093 units, or 13.01% of total units, on 22-23 December 2025, which exceeded the 10% threshold of total units. The Management Company would like to inform that MNIT2 has not undergone any changes in its management, organizational structure, or controlling authority due to this Big Lot transaction. However, this Big Lot transaction is significant and could potentially result in a change in the unit holding proportion or ranking of major unitholders. The Management Company will promptly inform of any updates once such information is received (as of now, The Management Company has not been notified or received detailed information, and no report on the acquisition or disposal of securities related to the Big Lot transaction has been filed).
