Lindab to Complete Profile Systems Exit in Eastern Europe Via Romanian Business Sale

08:23 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish ventilation company Lindab International (LIAB.ST) said Tuesday it agreed to sell its operations in Romania to Marián Kapusta Sr. and Marián Kapusta Jr. The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, concludes the company's restructuring and exit of its profile systems segment in Eastern Europe. Following the transaction, the buyers' company will distribute and manufacture certain Lindab profile products.
