Toivo Group Signs EUR5 Million Deal to Sell Daycare Property in Finland

08:18 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Toivo Group (TOIVO.HE) signed a 4.5 million-euro deal to sell its under-construction daycare property in Espoo, Finland, to Norway-based infrastructure company Kinland. The Finnish real estate developer noted that the property will be leased to the Finnish daycare chain Norlandia Päiväkodit under a long-term capital lease agreement, according to a Tuesday release. The construction of the daycare center is expected to be completed in August 2026, and the transaction will close following the completion, subject to conditions.
