Commercial Bank of Dubai Activates Open Finance for Customers in UAE

07:31 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commercial Bank of Dubai (DFM:CBD) said Tuesday it fully activated Open Finance into live operational use, making it the first lender in the United Arab Emirates to do so. The activation under the Central Bank of the UAE's Open Finance Initiative, AlTareq, was conducted in partnership with central bank-licensed third-party providers such as Pay10 and Lean Technologies.
