Cindrigo Moves to Take Direct Interest in Finnish Wood Pellet Operations

05:49 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cindrigo Holdings (CINH.L) said Tuesday it is finalizing plans to acquire a direct interest in wood pellet production at Kaipolan Energia as it eyes a more direct role in the biomass value chain. The European clean baseload energy developer added that it targets wood pellet sales to other biomass plants in Finland and abroad, starting in the first quarter of 2026. Kaipolan Energia is Cindrigo's majority-owned operating company for the 110-megawatt Kaipola biomass combined heat and power plant in Finland.
