Airthings Closes NOK25 Million Stock Offering

05:45 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Airthings (AIRX.OL) said Tuesday it received subscriptions for 38,070,847 shares at the end of the subscription period of its offering of 250 million shares. The indoor air quality monitoring company will allocate the remaining shares to the underwriters, raising a total of 25 million Norwegian kroner. The due date for payment of the shares is Jan. 5, 2026. DNB Carnegie acted as manager for the offering.
