Amendment to Vayupak Fund 1 Scheme

As MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited ("MFC") as the co-manager of Vayupak Fund 1 has moved the Head Office to a new address effective 8 December 2025, MFC has amended the Fund Scheme to reflect the new address in the Commitment Section.
