Amaroq Minerals Buys Two Zinc-lead-silver Projects in Greenland

05:22 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- London-listed mining company Amaroq Minerals (AMRQ.L) closed the acquisition of two zinc-lead-silver projects in Greenland, according to a Tuesday filing. Amaroq purchased the entire issued share capital of Black Angel Mining from FBC Mining (BA) and the Kangerluarsuk zinc-lead-silver project from 80 Mile (80M.L). As consideration for both deals, Amaroq issued 7,654,222 shares to FBC Mining and 392,939 shares to 80 Mile.
