CapMan Unit's European Forestry Fund Reaches First Closing

02:48 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Finnish asset manager CapMan's (CAPMAN.HE) CapMan Natural Capital completed the first closing of its forestry investment fund CapMan Dasos European Forest Fund IV. The closed-ended fund plans to focus on investing in forest assets mainly in Northern Europe, the UK, and Ireland, according to a Tuesday release. It also plans to partner with renewable energy developers to explore renewable energy projects on forestland. CapMan said fundraising remains ongoing as the fund aims to be "larger" than the previous vehicles.
