Al Rashid Industrial's Board Proposes SAR40 Million Capital Boost

The plan is expected to boost the Saudi-listed plastics and packaging company's capital to 120 million riyals from 80 million riyals, according to a Tuesday release. The capital raise, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, will be funded by the capitalization of its retained earnings.
