Peach Property to Sell 2,000 Residential, Commercial Units in Germany to Streamline Portfolio

The sale is part of the residential real estate investor's portfolio streamlining and accounts for 38% of the company's non-strategic portfolio. Peach Property said in a Tuesday release that the sale price is confidential but is below the book value of the properties. Closing is expected in the first half of 2026. Peach Property expects a cash inflow of 40 million euros after liabilities, transaction costs, and taxes. The company plans to use the inflow to fund upcoming strategic business measures.
