KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch today include Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, Evergreen Max Cash Capital Bhd (EMCC), Yinson Holdings Bhd, Betamek Bhd, Southern Score Builders Bhd (SSBB), George Kent (M) Bhd, Kim Loong Resources Bhd, AME Elite Consortium Bhd, Coastal Contracts Bhd, MN Holdings Bhd and Citaglobal Bhd.

Crest Builder’s unit CBTECH has secured a RM73.9mil subcontract for electrical and ELV works at a mixed-use development in Jalan P. Ramlee, bolstering earnings visibility from 2026 onwards.

EMCC has secured approval from the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) for four new pawnbroking licences, expanding its network to support earnings growth.

The approvals cover two outlets in Pahang and one each in Kuala Lumpur and Perak.

AME Elite entered into agreements to sell five industrial properties in Johor’s JS-SEZ to CapitaLand Malaysia Trust for RM220.8mil, with delivery scheduled between 2027 and 2028.

Coastal Contracts secured a US$1.14bil EPC and services contract from Petróleos Mexicanos in Mexico, covering gas processing facilities and long-term services at the Ixachi Field.

MN Holdings secured a RM177.36mil contract from Tenaga Nasional to upgrade a 132kV submarine power cable system in Perlis under a consortium arrangement.

Citaglobal secured RM82.7mil in infrastructure contracts from UDA Holdings and JKR, lifting its order book to about RM1.8bil.
