Rotork Closes First Tranche of GBP50 Million Buyback Program

11:01 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- British industrial flow control equipment maker Rotork (ROR.L) said Monday it closed the first tranche of its share buyback program on Dec. 19. The second and third tranches of the 50 million-pound-sterling program will run Jan. 5 to March 6, 2026, at up to 20 million pounds. The first one's budget was 10 million pounds when it was launched Nov. 20, 2025.
