TT Electronics Further Defers Court, General Meetings for Cicor Technologies' Takeover Scheme

08:12 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TT Electronics (TTG.L) said the court and general meetings in relation to the scheme of arrangement for Cicor Technologies' planned takeover were both moved to Jan. 7, 2026, from Monday. The British engineered electronics company said in a same-day filing that the meetings, which were initially set on Dec. 17, were further rescheduled to allow more time to engage with its shareholders. On Nov. 18, TT Electronics agreed to Cicor's revised takeover offer of either 1.50 pounds sterling in cash or 0.0084 new Cicor share for each TT Electronics share.
