Vend Marketplaces Reduces Share Capital

07:50 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vend Marketplaces (VENDA.OL, VENDB.OL) reduced its share capital by 7.4 million Norwegian kroner through the redemption of 14,874,297 shares. Following the capital reduction, which is linked with its September 2024 share buybacks and June 2025 tender offer, the Norwegian media company will have a share capital of 109.1 million kroner, consisting of 218,210,691 shares, according to a Monday release.
