Prosegur Cash Completes Share Buyback Program

05:13 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prosegur Cash (CASH.MC) said Monday it ended its share buyback program following the expiry of its maximum duration on Dec. 19. Under the program, the Spanish cash management services company acquired a total of 11,678,000 shares, or 0.79% of its share capital. The company said it will proceed with a capital reduction of 233,560 euros through the cancellation of 11,678,000 treasury shares. Following the reduction, Prosegur Cash's share capital will amount to 29.5 million euros.
