Enwell Energy's Ukrainian Gas Processing Facilities Damaged in Russian Drone Attack

05:09 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enwell Energy's (ENW.L) gas processing facilities in Ukraine suffered significant damage from an attack by Russian military drones. The oil and gas exploration and production group said in a Monday filing that there were no active field operations at the Vasyschevskoye field as it was mothballed after the expiration of a production license in February. Only security staff were present on the site, and there were no casualties. Emergency services have completed an inspection of the site for unexploded ordnance, and the company is assessing the damage to formulate a repair plan.
