MHA to Buy UAE Audit, Consulting Firm MS

04:30 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MHA (MHA.L) agreed to buy MS UAE, comprising United Arab Emirates-based audit practice Moore Stephens and tax and consulting services firm Moore Stephens Consulting. The UK-listed professional services company will pay 36 million Emirati dirhams, with 50% of the consideration to be settled in cash and 50% in new ordinary shares. The deal remains subject to approval in the UAE, according to a Monday filing.
