Skanska Plans NOK244 Million Investment in First Phase of Norwegian Residential Project

04:09 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish construction group Skanska (SKA-B.ST) said Monday it will invest 244 million Norwegian kroner in the first phase of the Lillebytunet residential project in Trondheim, Norway. Under the first phase, Skanska will construct two apartment buildings totaling 51 apartments from the first quarter of 2026. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
