Skanska Sells Danish Office Properties for DKK1 Billion

03:45 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) sold two office buildings to PensionDanmark in a deal valued at 1 billion Danish kroner, according to a Monday release. The properties, which are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, are leased by Sweco's (SWEC-A.ST) Sweco Denmark, Norlys, and an Ibis Styles-branded hotel and will be transferred to the new owner in January 2026.
