02:37 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GSK (GSK.L) reached a deal with the US government to lower drug prices in exchange for a three-year tariff-free period. The London-listed pharmaceutical giant said in a Monday filing that the detailed terms of the agreement will remain confidential. The deal includes price reductions on certain medicines under the Medicaid program and lower prices on direct purchasing platforms. GSK said the deal covers all four actions requested in US President Donald Trump's July 31 letter. The company added that it will also launch new products with a more balanced pricing approach.
