Saudi Ground Services Co. Faces SAR201 Million Lawsuit from Saudi Amad

(SASE:4031) said Monday it received legal proceedings from the Commercial Court in Jeddah in connection with a lawsuit filed by Saudi Amad for Airport Services and Transport Support. The plaintiff is seeking 201.2 million Saudi riyals in claims related to the provision of passenger transportation services for travelers, deportees and crew members. The Saudi Arabia-listed passenger and aircraft ground-handling services company said it is working with legal advisers to review the claim and take the necessary steps to safeguard its rights. Saudi Ground Services holds a 50% stake in Saudi Amad.
