BBL Asset Management Company Limited as the Management Company of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund") would like to notify the amendment to the Fund Scheme under Clause 2.10 - Summary of key terms of the draft agreements relating to the initial investment assets of the Fund and the draft benefit arrangement agreements by adding Clause 2.10.4 - Summary of significant details of the memorandum of agreement of making payment for the replacement cost of solar panels having product defect and other related equipment, in accordance with the resolution of the 1st Unitholders' Meeting of the Year 2025 of the Fund held on 18 December 2025.
