Hiag Immobilien Sells Swiss Properties for CHF83 Million

06:32 AM EST, 12/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hiag Immobilien (HIAG.SW) sold properties in Switzerland in transactions totaling 83 million francs in the second half of 2025, according to a Dec. 19 release. The real estate company's deals involve the Birsfelden, Diesbach, Ermatingen, and Yverdon-les-Bains sites, and properties in Aathal and Kleindöttingen. The sales are part of its plans to streamline its portfolio. Additionally, it entered into a 10-year lease deal with Swiss Post for a 3,000-square-meter space in its Winterthur-based Fahrwerk building. The tenant is expected to move into the location in the spring of 2026.
