Dallah Healthcare Signs Agreement for SAR434 Million Acquisition of Remaining Care Shield Interest

06:28 AM EST, 12/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dallah Healthcare (SASE:4004) entered into a deal for the planned purchase of the remaining 41.36% interest in Care Shield Holding for 434.3 million Saudi riyals, according to a Sunday release. The Saudi Arabia-based healthcare company will buy the stake from Maharah Human Resources (SASE:1831) unit, funding the transaction from internal resources and existing facilities. The target company, which owns Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics, will expand Dallah Healthcare's presence in Riyadh.
