YIT Obtains New Sustainability-linked Revolving Credit Facility; Term Loan Amended

10:31 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- YIT (YIT.HE) secured a new sustainability-linked revolving credit facility and amended its existing term loan agreement, according to a Friday release. The Finnish contractor's fresh 200 million-euro facility from its main lenders was earmarked to refinance its existing revolving credit facility. The loan is due December 2028 and has a one-year extension option. Meanwhile, the amendment and restatement of the existing term loan, with a current outstanding principal of 30 million euros due January 2027, adjusts its key terms to match those of the new facility.
