Addtech Unit to Buy Norwegian Environmental Gas Specialist Purenviro

09:00 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Addtech Group's (ADDT-B.ST) business area Addtech Process agreed to acquire Purenviro, a Norwegian company specializing in the handling of environmentally harmful and odorous gases. Purenviro will be integrated into Itek AS, part of the Swedish technical services group's emission control unit, according to a Friday release. Deal closing is expected by early January 2026.
