Subsea 7 Secures Frame Agreement Extension with Equinor

08:05 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Subsea 7 (SUBC.OL) secured an extension to an existing frame agreement with the Norwegian oil and gas group Equinor (EQNR.OL) for subsea inspection, maintenance, and repair by its Seven Viking vessel. The Oslo-listed subsea engineering and construction company noted that the sizeable contract, which it defines as valued between $50 million and $150 million, will run through the end of 2027 and support subsea operations at Equinor's oil and gas wells across the Norwegian Continental Shelf, according to a Friday release. The project operations will be managed from Subsea 7's Stavanger office in Norway.
