Alphawave IP Group Delists After Qualcomm Takeover

The scheme of arrangement for the purchase of the British semiconductor IP company became effective on Thursday, according to a Friday release. The US-based computing group offered $2.48 in cash for each Alphawave share in June, valuing the company at $2.4 billion.
